Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of the order being delivered. Returned items must be intact, unused and must retain the labels intact, along with the original packaging. Please take care when trying on the products, so that you can return them in the same condition in which they were received. Any damage to the goods is the buyer's responsibility. In the event of the returned goods not being intact, the consumer will lose the right of withdrawal and the product will remain available at the warehouse for collection. Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.

To request a return authorization, the customer must fill out the "Return Form" below and then ship the package at their own expense. Once the return package has arrived at our office, we will process the return, which may take up to 7 working days. Once the return is accepted, the size, color or item exchange procedure will be started and, if necessary, the refund via the original payment method, with the exception of shipping costs. We recommend that customers include a note containing their name, surname, shipping number and receipt in the return package. Please ship the package within 14 days of receiving the order to:
