Returns and Refunds

On this page you will find the correct procedure to request a return or exchange. Follow all the steps before shipping the package.

Return or exchange procedure

1. Download and complete the return form.

   The form must be completed and placed inside the package. It is needed to connect the package to your request and order.
2. If you cannot download or print the form, write the information on a sheet of paper.
   The sheet must clearly and legibly include: full name, order number and phone number.
3. Start the online request on Rever.
   Rever link: https://returns.itsrever.com/marinanera
   Complete the return or exchange independently by following all the steps shown on the portal.
4. Place the form or sheet of paper inside the package.
   Do not ship the package without this information: without clear details, we may not be able to identify who the return belongs to.
5. Ship the package within 14 days from order delivery.
   Return shipping is paid by the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping the receipt until the procedure is completed.
6. Wait for the return to be processed.
   Once the package has arrived at our office, we will process the return. Processing may take up to 14 working days.

Return conditions and policy

We accept returns within 14 days from the order delivery date. Returned items must be intact, unused and must keep their labels attached, together with the original packaging.

Please be careful when trying on the products so that they can be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Any damage to the goods is the buyer's responsibility.

If the returned goods are not intact, the customer will lose the right of withdrawal and the product will remain available at the warehouse for collection. Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.

Once the return is accepted, the size, color or item exchange procedure will begin and, if applicable, the refund will be issued through the original payment method, excluding shipping costs.
