ORDERS
Thanks to the Flex Delivery service, in collaboration with our partner GLS, you will receive a link to track the delivery status of your package, select a new delivery date or opt for collection at a designated point. You will also have the option to change the shipping address, the delivery location or authorize a neighbor to collect the package. If you do not receive any communication by email, we recommend that you check that it has not been incorrectly identified as "junk mail" or "spam" in your email account. Alternatively, please contact our customer service at the email address eshop@marinanera.com
Deliveries are managed in collaboration with our partner GLS, via the Flex Delivery service, with an estimated timing of 24/48 working hours.

RETURNS
To request a return authorization, we invite the customer to fill out the "Return Form" in the "Returns and Refunds" section; our staff will then contact you directly.
Once the return package has arrived at our office, we will proceed with processing the return, which may take up to 7 working days.
To request an exchange of one or more items, please fill out the "Return Form";
Then write a message to the number 392 6568632 inserting Name, Surname, Order Number and the items to be exchanged with the respective exchange size.
