ORDERS
Thanks to the Flex Delivery service, in collaboration with our partner GLS, you will receive a link to monitor the delivery status of your package, select a new delivery date or opt for collection at a designated point. You will also have the possibility to change the shipping address, the delivery location or authorize a neighbor to collect the package. If you do not receive any communication via email, you are advised to check that it has not been mistakenly identified as "junk mail" or "spam" in your email account. Deliveries are managed in collaboration with our partner GLS, via the Flex Delivery service, with an estimated timing of 24/48 working hours.

RETURNS
To request return authorization, the customer must send a request to info@marinanera.com specifying the order number and the items to be returned; furthermore, the customer will be required to insert the "Return Form" inside the return package. Returns" can be downloaded directly from the RETURNS and REFUNDS page.
Once the return package has arrived at our office, we will proceed with processing the return, which may take up to 7 working days.
