The costs relating to shipping in Italian territory amount to €7.00, islands €10.00; however, for orders whose value exceeds or corresponds to €99.00, shipping is free. Deliveries are managed in collaboration with our partner GLS, via the Flex Delivery service, with an estimated timing of 24/48 working hours. Thanks to the Flex Delivery service, a confirmation email and/or SMS will be sent as soon as your order is entrusted to the courier. Next, you will receive a link to track the delivery status of your package, select a new delivery date or opt for collection at a designated location. You will also have the possibility to change the shipping address, the delivery location or authorize a neighbor to collect the package. If you do not receive any communication via email, you are advised to check that it has not been mistakenly identified as "junk mail" or "spam" in your email account. Alternatively, please contact our customer service. It is recommended to check the integrity of the package upon delivery; any doubts must be immediately reported to our customer service. Please note that Marina Nera SAS declines all responsibility in the event of delays in delivery or any failure to comply with the courier. We reserve the right to charge additional costs for storage and transport in the event of return of goods to the sender due to incorrect address, absence of the recipient or refusal of the package. In order to avoid delays or problems with the delivery of the package, it is essential to provide a shipping address where the presence of a person is guaranteed at the time of collection.
