We accept returns within 14 days of the order delivery date. Returned items must be intact, unused and must keep the labels intact, together with the original packaging. Please take care when testing the products, so that you can return them in the same condition in which they were received. Any damage to the goods is the responsibility of the buyer. In case of non-integrity of the returned goods, the consumer will lose the right of withdrawal and the product will remain at his disposal at the warehouse for collection.
